Remember this beautiful girl? Yes, Kendall our former Charlottesville store manager of nearly 4 years. She just packed her last box and said so long to her lovely C-Ville town-house and you know we couldn’t let her leave without one more farewell. So our next home tour belongs to U-Fab’s own alumni.
Kendall’s living room is similar to her personality, vibrant while grounded. Colorful accent pillows play off of her funky floral rug. The abstract triangle art above her sofa is I’m sure a Kendall original as she is one of the craftiest people I know. Accent Pillows in FABU-Tutti Frutti and CASB-Madder.
I love the rich avocado green kitchen (in fact you may remember my similar colored kitchen seen here). The functional scalloped romans look brilliant in WILM-Multi. The creativity doesn’t stop at the crafting table, her window seat doubles as storage with the functional baskets tucked under. I spotted a cutting board, and thought, now that is a great idea when working with a small kitchen. Bright accent pillows shown in Full-Tiger Lilly and GRST-Onyx.
The dining room is flooded with light, so Kendall made some beautiful tab-top draperies for when privacy is needed. I love the function over her sliding glass door. Much better than the vertical blinds you typically see. I also appreciate the green banding at the base of the drapes.
Kendall rocks a lime green bedroom with her brown and neutral accents. I do believe the airplane accessories are in favor of her husband, who has a doctorate in engineering and will be working as a quite literal rocket scientist in upstate New York.
And this is where the magic happens – as in the magical crafting! Kendall specializes in custom monogramming and even has an ETSY shop featuring custom tumblers, decals, dishes and keychains. I love her coral accents in her guest room. Accent pillows in SHEL-Coral and Tech-Surf. Lampshade in CATS-papaya.
Kendall’s bath rooms are beautiful spaces that show Kendall is not afraid of color! The half bath is a deep magenta. Her master, a soft yellow, and her guest bath is a cool coral with a beautiful LATI-Festival shower curtain.
Below you will find the rest of the tour. We cannot wait to see what Kendall does to her massive square footage upgrade in her Albany home. Best wishes on to her and Brad on their new chapter!
