Ana Conceicao
Design Consultant and Assistant Store Manager Ana Conceicao has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Craft and Material Studies (with a specific emphasis in textiles!) from VCU. Ana’s ongoing passion for art and textiles has led her to actively continue working in her studio, exploring various textile-related projects. In addition to her textile work, Ana has worked as a makeup artist and has designed and created custom stationary, invitations, and paper goods.
Ana's interest in interior spaces led her to u-fab, where she has been able to expand her design skills. She sees outdoor spaces as an extension of the interior space and enjoys gardening in her free time. Ana is also a collector of antiques, vintage pieces, and interesting found objects from nature. Her personal style leans towards Maximalist, and she believes that an interesting assortment of collected objects in a home is what makes it authentic.
Travel is a significant source of inspiration for Ana's design aesthetic. She enjoys exploring new places and gaining a new perspective on design. As a Design Consultant, Ana enjoys working with both residential and commercial clients. The variety of projects keeps her work interesting, and she believes in staying true to one's personal style when decorating a home, regardless of trends.
