Furniture Pick-Up and Drop-Off

Customer Pick-Up & Drop-Off Hours
Weekdays
10 am - 4 pm & Saturdays 10 am - 1 pm

  • During these hours, our staff will be available to help move your furniture. Outside of these hours, customers must bring their own muscle to pick up or drop off items. 

  • Our bay can be found at the back of our building, located at 7921 West Broad Street. Please drive around and park your vehicle near the warehouse doors. If you need assistance, please call 804-888-8322. Visit u-fab.com/Richmond for directions and additional contact information.

  • All new upholstery and re-upholstered items will be covered with thin plastic dust covers. This packaging does not provide sufficient protection or coverage for an exposed vehicle (i.e. the back of a pick-up truck).  We recommend bringing additional blankets, packaging, or straps, as we will not be able to provide these materials. 

  • All casegoods will be fully assembled and free of packaging, unless you request to keep them in their original box/factory packaging ahead of time.

Furniture Removal Policy
For your convenience, we offer a haul-away service for old furniture being replaced by new pieces purchased from us. This service is available for a flat fee of $50 per item or set of items.

Please Note:

  • This service is limited to furniture being replaced by the new item(s) we are delivering to your home.

  • We are unable to haul away sleeper sofas or mattresses.

  • The $50 fee applies regardless of the item's condition or whether it is donated or disposed of.
