We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

  • The role of the Design Consultant is to maximize sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this exciting role, you will be creating lasting relationships with clients while assisting with the selection, customization, and purchase of furniture and home goods. In this retail sales role, the Design Consultant will have the ability to evaluate each client's need for guidance, and match their requirements to the benefits of the products we offer.

    Design Consultant Job Responsibilities:

    -Achieve monthly sales and productivity goals

    -Demonstrate strong product knowledge (furniture, accessories, fabrics, etc.)

    -Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

    -Perform proactive and consistent follow-up with all visitors

    -Evaluate customer needs and provide the necessary expertise to guide them in crafting a personalized interior space

    -Perform all opening and closing duties as directed

    -Work in collaboration with all team members

    Design Consultant Qualifications:

    -High school diploma or equivalent qualification

    -Knowledge and passion for interior design and home decor

    -Previous experience working in a high end retail environment

    -Strong leadership and customer management abilities

    -Customer service-oriented

    -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    -A keen eye for detail and an interest in helping customers choose the right furniture and decor for their home

    -Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

  • This fun and diverse job requires someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable working on their feet all day, lifting large bolts of fabric, and using a computer. Our hours are Monday to Friday 10-6 and Saturday 10-5, so you will never have to work a night or Sunday! We are ideally looking for someone full time, but for the right candidate, we are open to part-time, provided it includes Saturdays.

    Job Responsibilities:

    -Assist customers in selecting fabric and trim

    -Process incoming fabric shipments

    -Cut fabric for orders

    -Keep detailed computer records of all fabrics and orders

    -Help keep showroom and work areas clean

    -Job Qualifications:

    -Retail sales experience preferred

    -Must be able to lift 50 lb bolts of fabric

    -Art/Design background a bonus

    -Must be available to work most Saturdays
