Katy O’Brien
Katy O'Brien began her career journey working corporate sales and management after graduating from Penn State with a business degree. While working on a large renovation of her home in the DC area, she discovered a love for the design process and decided to go back to school to study Interior Design at Montgomery College.
With newfound skills and a love for designing custom spaces, Katy started her own DC- and Charlottesville-based design and real estate staging company. After using u-fab as a resource for several years, she joined the team as a Design Consultant and specializes in serving the Charlottesville area through In-Home visits. Katy loves to be inspired by beautiful fabrics, using them as either a jumping-off point for a project or to add finishing touches.
