William Chambers has over 20 years of experience in the home design and decor industry. He began his career studying Classical Voice and Musical Theatre at VCU before starting part-time at The Bombay Company while still in school. His work ethic and talent were quickly recognized, and within 3 months, he was promoted to Store Manager, followed by another promotion to District Merchandising Lead within 6 months.

After The Bombay Company shut its doors, Will was hired at EQ3, where he quickly climbed the ranks to become the Store Manager of the Richmond location. He also assisted with merchandising, sales, and training at the EQ3 Norfolk location. When EQ3 closed, Will moved to Exotic Home in the Outer Banks of N.C. as the lead merchandiser for the outer banks showrooms. He also assisted in staging vacation homes.

Will joined the u-fab team in 2008, initially as the manager but has since evolved into a merchandiser, buyer, and fabric hoarder, specializing in curating one-of-a-kind accessories and the Christmas collection. In his 12+ years with u-fab interiors, he has executed multiple award-winning show house rooms, including the Richmond Symphony League’s Designer House.

With an affection for color and an eye for detail, Will enjoys executing his designs affordably and on time to create beautiful and functional spaces for his clients. He is known for his fabulous ability to combine an individual's style with a fresh perspective in a cohesive design that fits his client's taste and budget.
